Tropical Orange Fluff Delight
A refreshing and creamy dessert that combines the tropical flavors of oranges and coconut with a fluffy marshmallow texture. Perfect for summer gatherings or a light and airy treat.

Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
3 tablespoons orange zest
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
3. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, drained mandarin oranges, shredded coconut, pineapple tidbits, and orange zest.
4. Mix until all ingredients are well combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
5. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Best served chilled straight from the fridge. Reheating is not necessary.
