Tropical Oasis Salad

A refreshing and vibrant twist on the classic Watergate Salad, featuring tropical fruits and a creamy, nutty texture perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup crushed pineapples
1 cup mango chunks
1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
1/2 cup pistachio nuts
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 packet (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup whipped topping
1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mini marshmallows, crushed pineapples, and mango chunks.
2. Add toasted coconut flakes, pistachio nuts, and macadamia nuts, and mix well.
3. Sprinkle the instant pistachio pudding mix over the fruit and nut mixture.
4. Gently fold in the whipped topping and Greek yogurt until all ingredients are well combined.
5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

This salad is best served cold; do not reheat.
