Ingredients
1 1/2 cups mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
Instructions
1. In a blender, combine mango chunks, pineapple chunks, Greek yogurt, and coconut water.
2. Add honey, lime juice, and grated ginger into the blender.
3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Storage
Store the smoothie in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Stir well before drinking.
Reheating
Reheating is not applicable for this smoothie. Best consumed fresh.
