Ingredients

1 fully cooked bone-in ham (7-9 pounds)
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup pineapple slices
1/4 cup maraschino cherries
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan and score the surface with shallow diamond-shaped cuts.
3. In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ground ginger, ground cloves, and ground cinnamon. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
4. Brush a portion of glaze over the ham and bake uncovered for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 20 minutes with glaze. Reserve some glaze for later.
5. Arrange pineapple slices and cherries on the ham, securing with toothpicks if necessary, and return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes.
6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth. Add to the reserved glaze and heat until thickened to create a sauce.
7. Allow ham to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the extra sauce.

Storage

Store leftover ham in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Reheating

Reheat slices in the microwave or in a covered dish in the oven at 325°F (165°C) until warm.
