Tropical Guacamole Fiesta

A vibrant twist on the classic guacamole, Tropical Guacamole Fiesta combines creamy avocados with tropical fruits for a refreshing appetizer perfect for summer parties.

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup diced mango
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

Instructions

1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
2. Mash the avocado with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
3. Add diced mango, pineapple, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
4. Stir to combine all ingredients well.
5. Add minced jalapeño for a spicy kick, adjusting to taste.
6. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.

Storage

Store covered in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To minimize browning, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole.

Reheating

This dish is best served fresh and does not require reheating. If chilled, allow to come to room temperature for optimal flavor.
