Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup mango slices
1 banana
2 cups baby spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
1. Add coconut milk, pineapple chunks, mango slices, banana, and baby spinach to a blender.
2. Sprinkle in the chia seeds and grated ginger.
3. Drizzle honey over the ingredients in the blender.
4. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
5. Add a few ice cubes if a colder smoothie is desired and blend again until the ice is crushed.
6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Storage
Store any leftover smoothie in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
