Tropical Citrus Sangria

Ingredients
1 bottle white wine (750ml)
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup coconut rum
1/4 cup triple sec
2 tablespoons agave syrup
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup club soda
Mint leaves for garnish
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, pineapple juice, coconut rum, triple sec, and agave syrup. Stir well.
2. Add the orange, lime, and lemon slices, along with the diced pineapple and strawberries.
3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
4. Just before serving, add the club soda for a refreshing fizz.
5. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
Storage
Store any leftover sangria in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, ensuring it is tightly covered.
Reheating
Sangria is best enjoyed chilled, so no reheating is necessary. Simply serve over ice.
