Tropical Citrus Coquito
Tropical Citrus Coquito combines the traditional rich and creamy Puerto Rican holiday drink with a zesty twist of citrus, bringing a refreshing and exotic flair to your celebrations.

Ingredients
2 cans of coconut milk (13.5 oz each)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1 can of evaporated milk (12 oz)
1 cup of white rum
1/4 cup of orange juice
1/4 cup of lime juice
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
1 tablespoon of coconut extract
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
Zest of 1 orange
Zest of 1 lime
Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk. Blend until smooth.
2. Add white rum, orange juice, lime juice, and lemon juice to the blender. Blend again until well mixed.
3. Add shredded coconut, coconut extract, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and all the citrus zests. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
4. Pour the mixture into a large pitcher or bottle and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.
5. Before serving, shake or stir the Coquito well. Serve chilled in small glasses, garnished with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or a twist of citrus peel if desired.
Storage
Store the Coquito in an airtight bottle or container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Reheating
Coquito is best enjoyed chilled and does not require reheating. Simply shake or stir before serving.
