Tropical Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup mango chunks
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

1. Combine avocado, banana, pineapple chunks, and mango chunks in a blender.
2. Add coconut water, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
4. Add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is well-mixed.
5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Storage

Store the smoothie in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Reheating

Reblend the smoothie with a few ice cubes to refresh if it has been stored.
