Tropical Ambrosia Salad

This easy-to-make Tropical Ambrosia Salad is a delightful and refreshing dessert packed with vibrant tropical flavors and a creamy texture, perfect for summer gatherings or as a light treat any time of the year.

Ingredients

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
2 cups diced fresh pineapple
2 cups peeled and diced mango
1 cup sliced bananas
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, diced pineapple, mango, bananas, mini marshmallows, and macadamia nuts.
2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the fruit and nut mixture until everything is evenly coated.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Storage

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
