12 cups cubed day-old bread

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the celery and onion, cooking until softened, about 10 minutes.
