Traditional Tiramisu Delight
Indulge in the rich and creamy layers of this traditional Italian Tiramisu, a timeless dessert made with coffee-soaked ladyfingers, smooth mascarpone cheese, and a hint of cocoa.

Ingredients
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of strong brewed coffee, cooled
1/2 cup of coffee liqueur
24 ladyfingers
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
Dark chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Step 2: Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 3: In a separate shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee with the coffee liqueur.
Step 4: Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
Step 5: Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9x9 inch dish.
Step 6: Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers evenly.
Step 7: Repeat the layering with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
Step 8: Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Step 9: Garnish with dark chocolate shavings before serving, if desired.
Storage
Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Tiramisu should be served cold, no reheating required.
