Traditional Taco

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
12 small corn tortillas
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Stir in taco seasoning and 2/3 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side.
4. Assemble tacos by dividing the beef mixture among the tortillas.
5. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
6. Garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Storage
Store leftover taco filling in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat taco filling in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
