Traditional Southern Shrimp Feast

Ingredients
2 lbs large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
4 ears of corn (each cut into thirds)
1.5 lbs baby potatoes
1 lb smoked sausage (sliced)
1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
3 lemons (halved)
4 cloves garlic (smashed)
1 stick unsalted butter (melted)
Salt to taste
1 bunch fresh parsley (chopped)
Optional: hot sauce to taste
Instructions
1. Fill a large pot with 4 quarts of water and add the Old Bay seasoning, halved lemons, and smashed garlic.
2. Bring the water to a boil, then add the potatoes and cook until just tender, about 10 minutes.
3. Add the corn and sausage to the pot, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque, roughly 3-4 minutes.
5. Drain the pot, discarding the lemon halves and garlic.
6. Transfer the shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage to a large serving platter.
7. Drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with salt, and garnish with fresh parsley.
8. Serve with hot sauce on the side, if desired.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, adding a splash of water if necessary to prevent sticking.
