Traditional Slow Cooker Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, salt, and black pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the slow cooker.
3. Spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours until fully cooked.
5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Storage
Store leftover meatloaf in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for up to 3 months.
Reheating
Reheat individual slices in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Alternatively, warm in the oven at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
