Ingredients
1 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sliced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in garlic and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add sliced cabbage to the skillet, tossing to coat with butter and onions.
5. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the cabbage and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and slightly caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley and apple cider vinegar.
7. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
Storage
