Traditional Sangria

Traditional Sangria is a refreshing and vibrant beverage that combines red wine, fresh fruits, and a hint of brandy for a perfect fusion of flavors, evoking the classic taste of Spain.

Ingredients

1 bottle of dry red wine (750 ml)
1/4 cup brandy
1/4 cup orange liqueur
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 lime, sliced
1 apple, cored and diced
1 cup club soda
Ice cubes

Instructions

1. In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Add the orange, lemon, lime slices, and the diced apple to the mixture in the pitcher.
3. Allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
4. Before serving, add the club soda and stir gently to combine.
5. Serve the Sangria over ice cubes in glasses, garnishing with additional fruit slices if desired.

Storage

Store Sangria in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

Sangria does not require reheating; serve chilled.
