Traditional Reuben Casserole
Experience the comforting flavors of the classic Reuben sandwich in a warm, savory casserole that brings together corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, creamy dressing, and melted Swiss cheese, perfect for a cozy family dinner.

Ingredients
1 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
1 can (14 oz) sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 cup Thousand Island dressing
1 lb Swiss cheese, sliced
4 cups rye bread, cubed
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
3. Spread half of the rye bread cubes evenly at the bottom of the dish.
4. Layer with half of the corned beef slices.
5. Evenly spread the sauerkraut over the beef.
6. Drizzle half of the Thousand Island dressing over the sauerkraut.
7. Layer half of the Swiss cheese slices over the dressing.
8. Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with a top layer of cheese.
9. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top layer.
10. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
11. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
12. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat individual portions in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, or bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
