Ingredients

1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree and sweetened condensed milk.
3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well incorporated.
4. Add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
5. Mix until smooth and creamy.
6. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
7. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes.
8. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.
9. Allow to cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, covered with plastic wrap or foil.

Reheating

Reheat individual slices in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or in a preheated oven at 300°F for 10 minutes.
