Traditional Peach Delight

A delightful, traditional peach dessert with a tender cake topping, perfect for a sweet and fruity treat year-round.

Ingredients

2 cans of sliced peaches in syrup (15 oz each)
1 box of yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1 tsp of cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
3. Spread the sliced peaches evenly in the prepared baking dish.
4. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the peaches.
5. Melt the butter and pour it evenly over the cake mix, ensuring as much coverage as possible.
6. Sprinkle chopped pecans and cinnamon evenly over the top.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat individual servings in the microwave for 30-45 seconds or until warmed through.
