Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow outer leaves, then cut them in half.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, tossing to coat evenly.
4. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are golden brown and tender.
6. In a small saucepan, heat the balsamic vinegar and honey over low heat, stirring until combined and slightly thickened.
