Traditional Nachos
A classic Mexican dish featuring crispy tortilla chips topped with melted cheese, seasoned ground beef, and various toppings, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients
12 oz tortilla chips
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup refried beans
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup pickled jalapenos
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir until well mixed, then set aside.
4. Spread the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
5. Evenly distribute refried beans, seasoned beef, and shredded cheese over the chips.
6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
7. Remove from oven and top with olives, tomatoes, green onions, jalapenos, and cilantro.
8. Serve with sour cream on the side.
Storage
Store leftover nachos in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place nachos on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
