Traditional Mexican Fiesta Dip

Ingredients
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 cup sour cream
1 cup guacamole
1 cup chunky salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
1. Spread refried beans in the bottom of a 9x13 inch serving dish evenly.
2. In a small bowl, mix sour cream with taco seasoning, then layer over the refried beans.
3. Gently spread the guacamole over the sour cream layer.
4. Pour the chunky salsa over the guacamole and spread evenly.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the salsa layer.
6. Top with black olives, green onions, and chopped tomatoes for garnish.
7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with tortilla chips.
Storage
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, allow the dip to come to room temperature and enjoy as is or heat portions in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
