Ingredients

4 ears of corn, husked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are cooked and slightly charred.
3. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, and lime juice until smooth.
4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each grilled corn ear.
5. Sprinkle cotija cheese generously over the corn.
6. Dust with chili powder and season with salt and pepper.

Storage
