Traditional Italian Spaghetti Pasta Salad
A delightful fusion of al dente spaghetti tossed with fresh vegetables and a zesty Italian dressing, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients
8 oz spaghetti
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and black olives.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the vegetable mixture and pour the dressing over the top.
5. Toss everything together until well combined. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Enjoy cold or bring to room temperature before serving. For a slight warmth, microwave in short bursts, stirring in between.
