Traditional Italian Pasta Delight

A mouthwatering Italian pasta salad brimming with vibrant colors and robust flavors, perfect for any gathering or as a delightful meal on its own.

Ingredients

12 oz rotini pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup mozzarella balls, halved
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/3 cup Italian dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, black olives, red onion, basil, and parsley.
3. Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Best served cold; reheat is not recommended as this is a cold dish.
