Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey
1 cup heavy cream
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
1. In a blender, combine the Irish whiskey, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk.
2. Add the chocolate syrup, instant coffee granules, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the blender.
3. Blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds, until smooth and well combined.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more chocolate syrup.
5. Transfer the mixture to a tightly sealed bottle and refrigerate.
Storage
Store the Irish cream liqueur in the refrigerator for up to two months, shaking well before each use.
Reheating
