1 lb dried navy beans
6 cups water
1/4 lb salt pork, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Rinse and sort the navy beans. Soak them in water overnight.
2. Drain and rinse the beans. Place them in a large pot with 6 cups of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour until tender.
