Traditional Harvest Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 large eggs
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a bowl.
3. Beat eggs in a separate large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.
4. Gradually stir in evaporated milk until fully combined.
5. Pour filling into pie crust.
6. Bake pie for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
7. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours, then refrigerate.
Storage
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container.
Reheating
Reheat in the oven at 325°F for about 10-15 minutes or until warm.
