2 lbs sweet potatoes

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Peel and slice sweet potatoes into 1/4-inch rounds.
3. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in brown sugar and water until dissolved.
4. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mixture.
