Traditional Fruit Smoothie

A refreshing and nutritious blend of fruits perfect for a quick breakfast or an energizing snack.

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

1. Combine strawberries, banana, blueberries, orange juice, plain yogurt, and honey in a blender.
2. Add ice cubes to the blender.
3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Storage

Store any leftover smoothie in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Reheating

Smoothies are best enjoyed fresh and do not require reheating. If stored, gently shake or stir before consuming.
