Traditional Fruit Medley

A refreshing and colorful dish, perfect for any occasion, packed with a variety of fruits to boost your health and refresh your palate.

Ingredients

1 lb strawberries, hulled and quartered
2 cups seedless grapes, halved
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
3 bananas, sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare all the fruits by washing, hulling, peeling, and slicing as needed.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, grapes, oranges, bananas, and blueberries.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice.
4. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture.
5. Gently toss to combine until all the fruits are coated.
6. Sprinkle chopped mint leaves on top for a refreshing finish.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Best served cold; do not reheat.
