Traditional Fiesta Taco Dip
A delightful, classic layered taco dip perfect for parties and gatherings, bursting with Mexican flavors and simple to prepare.

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup guacamole
1 cup salsa
Sliced black olives, for garnish
Chopped green onions, for garnish
Chopped tomatoes, for garnish
Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
2. Stir in the taco seasoning and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Spread the refried beans in the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
4. In a medium bowl, mix together softened cream cheese and sour cream. Spread over the refried beans.
5. Layer the meat mixture evenly on top.
6. Spread guacamole as the next layer, followed by salsa.
7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
8. Garnish with black olives, green onions, and tomatoes.
9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with tortilla chips.
Storage
Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes, then serve with fresh tortilla chips.
