Traditional Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

2 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. In a large salad bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
