Ingredients

2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup water

2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the white vinegar, sugar, and water until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Pour the vinaigrette over the cucumber and onion mixture.
