Traditional Crab Delight

Ingredients

1 lb fresh crab meat
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
2. Add the chopped celery, red onion, and cucumber to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Gently fold in the fresh dill.
5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
6. Serve the crab salad on a bed of fresh lettuce leaves.

Storage

Store the salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
