Ingredients

1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh oregano, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the finely chopped parsley, cilantro, and oregano.
2. Add the minced garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
3. Stir in the salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes until well mixed.
4. Let the chimichurri sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
5. Serve as a condiment for grilled meats or as a marinade.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Reheating

Bring to room temperature by leaving it out for about 30 minutes before using.
