Traditional Berry Cobbler

Ingredients
2 cups mixed berries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Pour melted butter into a 9x9-inch baking dish.
5. Pour batter over the melted butter; do not stir.
6. Evenly distribute berries over the batter without stirring.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the berries are bubbly.
8. Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat individual servings in the microwave for 30-60 seconds or until warm. Alternatively, reheat in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 10-15 minutes.
