Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4x8-inch loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth, then stir in the melted butter.
3. Mix in the baking soda and salt.
4. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
5. Add the flour and mix until combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
7. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
Reheating
Preheat oven to 350°F, wrap the bread in foil, and heat for 10 minutes or until warm.
