Tiramisu Delight

Experience a decadent Italian dessert with layers of creamy mascarpone cheese and coffee-soaked ladyfingers, topped with a dusting of cocoa and a hint of vanilla.

Ingredients

1 cup strong brewed coffee
3 tbsp coffee liqueur
24 ladyfingers
2 cups mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Brew the coffee and mix with coffee liqueur. Let it cool.
2. Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the coffee mixture and line them in a 9x9 inch dish.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
7. Add another layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers.
8. Top with remaining mascarpone mixture.
9. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, covered.

Reheating

Best served chilled, do not reheat.
