Ingredients

8 oz rotini pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/3 cup Italian dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and fresh basil.
3. Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta mixture. Toss to evenly coat all ingredients.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Storage

Store the pasta salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
