Ingredients
2 lbs cooked chicken breast, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup sliced almonds
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise and curry powder, stirring until well blended.
