Three-Point Pizza Pockets

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
3. Add milk and olive oil to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
5. Roll the dough out to a 1/4 inch thickness and cut into 6-inch circles using a cookie cutter or a bowl.
6. Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on one half of each dough circle.
7. Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
8. Add pepperoni, bell peppers, and olives evenly on top of the cheese.
9. Sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano over the toppings.
10. Fold the dough over to enclose the fillings and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
11. Place the pizza pockets on the prepared baking sheet.
12. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
13. Let cool slightly before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
