Ingredients

8 oz Camembert cheese
1 cup figs, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 baguette, sliced
1 cup assorted pickled vegetables
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Slice the Camembert into clock-like shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
3. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese starts to melt and ooze.
4. While the cheese is baking, prepare the chutney by combining figs, walnuts, balsamic vinegar, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
5. Toast the baguette slices in a toaster or oven until golden brown.
6. Arrange the melted Camembert, fig and walnut chutney, toasted baguette slices, and pickled vegetables on a platter.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Storage

Store leftover cheese, chutney, and pickled vegetables separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat the cheese in the oven at 350°F for 3-5 minutes until warm, and serve with cold chutney and vegetables.
