Ingredients
4 pork chops
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for more flavor.
3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Remove pork chops from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
5. Cook the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
6. Remove from heat and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat pork chops gently in a skillet over low heat or in a microwave, covered, until warmed through.
