Ingredients

3 lbs pork ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the ribs.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, olive oil, and lemon juice.
5. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 1.5 hours, turning occasionally.
6. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the glaze mixture over the ribs every 10 minutes.
7. Remove from the grill once tender and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Storage

Store any leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat the ribs in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
