Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
1 large pizza crust
1 cup refried beans
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup sour cream
1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
3. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, stir well and simmer until thickened.
4. Spread refried beans evenly over the pizza crust.
5. Layer the seasoned beef over the beans.
6. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef evenly.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
9. Top with tomatoes, olives, red onion, and cilantro.
10. Serve with dollops of sour cream and avocado slices.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until the pizza is warmed through.
