Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
2 lbs chicken breast, diced
2 cups black beans
1 tbsp olive oil
2 packets taco seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 cups lettuce, shredded
2 cups tomatoes, diced
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups salsa
2 cups guacamole
2 cups sour cream
20 taco shells
Instructions
1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add ground beef and one packet of taco seasoning, cooking until the beef is browned.
3. In another pan, cook chicken with the remaining taco seasoning until cooked through.
4. For vegetarian option, warm black beans with salt and pepper in a saucepan.
5. Arrange lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream in separate bowls.
6. Warm taco shells in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes.
7. Set up the Taco Bar with all prepared ingredients, allowing guests to build their own tacos.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat taco fillings in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until heated through.
