Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to form the glaze.
3. Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
4. Pour the glaze over the pork chops, ensuring each one is well-coated.
5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
6. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage

Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat pork chops in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes or until warmed through.
