Ingredients

1 (6-8 lb) fully cooked ham
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup bourbon
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, mix together the brown sugar, bourbon, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper until well combined.
2. Place the ham in the slow cooker, flat side down, and pour the bourbon glaze over the ham, ensuring it is evenly coated.
3. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Cook for 4-5 hours, basting the ham with the glaze every hour, until the ham is heated through and tender.
4. Once cooked, remove the ham from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
